The Books & the Bees

So this is the type of thing I’m used to blogging about:

“Friday, October 17, 2008

I went for a walk on my beloved Huckleberry Trail yesterday. Midway through my fourth mile, a bee decided it wanted to circle me while I walked. I suspect it was because I was wearing my "Just Bee Yourself" shirt, and he assumed the picture on the front was of a relative. I tried to explain that this bee was far too large (and pink) to have any sort of relation to him, but I don't think he understood. I don't speak bee.”

I just want you to know what you’re getting yourself into. There might be stories about bees here from time to time. Mostly, however, I hope to give you insights on writing and books and the type of things that would fit better on an author’s blog. Stuff I hope you want to know about.

My goal is to update on Mondays. Blogging Monday, Question Tuesday, and Video Wednesday. That’s the plan.

Also, I’m prepared to buy your affection. So let’s give away some stuff.

I’ve got five Holiday Funtime Prize Packs to give away to random commenters. What’s in them? Well, a copy of The Siren, at the very least. So say hi.

     Welcome, friends.
